London-based MC and rapper Ghetts (originally Ghetto) grew up on the same streets that birthed the legendary British grime scene. He was a part of several grime collectives and released his solo debut mixtape, "2000 & Life," in 2005. It is still regarded by critics as an early classic of the genre and has forever shaped the landscape of British urban music. Since then, he has released 5 more mixtapes, 3 studio albums, and has continued to elevate his craft with each subsequent project.

His precise rhymes, exact phrasing, thoughtful humor, confident, honest, and bold lyrics have become a staple of the British music scene. In his latest album, "On Purpose, With Purpose," released in February of this year, he boldly pushes the boundaries of rap and transcends his own musical confines, seeking new inspirations and influences.
